Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you” or “User”) and ServiceHelper, LLC (“ServiceHelper,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the ServiceHelper mobile application, website located at https://servicehelper.ai, or any related products or services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

 

Eligibility and Account Registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

 

Description of the Services

ServiceHelper provides AI-assisted messaging, customer relationship management (CRM), and workflow tools designed for service professionals.

The Services may include:

  • AI-generated message drafts and recommendations
  • Customer communication tools
  • Contact management and integrations with third-party services

We may modify, enhance, or discontinue features at any time.

 

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Some features of the Services use artificial intelligence to generate content or insights.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing, approving, and sending any message generated by the Services
  • ServiceHelper is not responsible for customer disputes, legal claims, or damages arising from messages you send using the Services

AI outputs are provided for assistance only and do not constitute legal, professional, or business advice.

 

License to Use the Services

Subject to these Terms, ServiceHelper grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes.

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Services
  • Copy, sell, resell, or commercially exploit the Services except as permitted
  • Use the Services to compete with ServiceHelper

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

 

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Violate any law or regulation
  • Send spam, harassment, hate speech, or deceptive messages
  • Contact individuals without proper consent
  • Scrape data, use bots, or automate access without permission
  • Circumvent security or access controls
  • Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations at our sole discretion.


User Content and Data Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • All content, data, and communications you create or send using the Services
  • Ensuring you have lawful permission to contact your customers and store their information

You represent and warrant that your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws, including consumer protection and messaging laws.

 

Data Ownership and License

You retain ownership of your data.

By using the Services, you grant ServiceHelper a limited license to:

  • Store, process, and transmit your data to provide the Services
  • Generate aggregated and anonymized analytics
  • Improve product functionality and AI models (subject to applicable law)

Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., email providers, payment processors, messaging services).

ServiceHelper is not responsible for third-party services, which are governed by their own terms and policies.

 

Free Trials, Subscriptions, and Payments

  • We may offer free trials at our discretion
  • Paid subscriptions may be offered through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or other platforms
  • Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the applicable platform’s policies

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

 

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the Services.

Upon termination:

  • Your right to access the Services ceases
  • We may retain data as required by law or our Privacy Policy

 

Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

  • Uptime or uninterrupted availability
  • Accuracy of AI-generated content
  • Results from use of the Services

 

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SERVICEHELPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR CUSTOMER DISPUTES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO SERVICEHELPER IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

 

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ServiceHelper and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Services
  • Your communications or content
  • Your violation of these Terms or applicable law

 

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, and you waive the right to participate in any class action.

(Arbitration venue, rules, and administrator should be confirmed by counsel before finalizing.)

 

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. We will update the “Last Updated” date accordingly.
